The Peninsula Arts Center is a Fair Trade Music Venue

The most basic goals of Fair Trade Music are to enable musicians to create better music by providing an acceptable level of compensation and promoting venues that are treating musicians well. 

Through education, advocacy, and recognition, the campaign is also working to:

BUILD
a better music scene with a higher level of musicianship and professionalism


EXTEND
the same rights to musicians as those of other workers, and to

FORGE
equal partnerships between performance venues and musicians.
